As one of Hollywood's most wanted touring carpenters, Jason Deleu traveled the world with the Dixie Chicks, Rod Stewart, David Bowie, and American Idol. The road exposed Jason ( a long time barbeque fanatic), to many of America's different styles of BBQ.

While rehearsing for tours, at soundstages near his home in Southern California, he found himself selling the meats he he smoked at home to crew members and artists from the trunk of his Jeep.

From these humble beginnings, his hobby has grown into a full blown catering operation.
